Are we a good fit? If you're ready and willing to put in the effort to make sustainable changes that will increase energy, boost mood, and support weight loss while still enjoying the things you love, we'll be great together!

How will we meet? 1:1 sessions can be virtual or in-person (for those living local to me). All other sessions types are virtual, so location is not a barrier!

How long is the program? Each coaching option is a 3-month minimum commitment. This is because it requires at least that much time to make habit changes and start seeing results. Once the 3-months are up, you can continue working with me as long as it takes for you to feel ready to maintain your habits on your own. I do offer a monthly maintenance program for those who have completed the 3-months but still want occasional accountability and support for the long-term.

Who is this program for? This program is for midlife women ages 35 - 55 who are tired, stressed, and want to lose weight without strict diets and rules. It's for someone who is looking for a sustainable way of life that is tailored to their unique needs and goals, and who is motivated and ready to make the necessary changes to get there.

Who is this program not for? This program is not for women who are looking for a quick-fix weight loss plan or those who just want to be told what to do without learning the why behind it. It is also not for those who are not willing or ready to put in the effort to change their habits.

How do I know if I'm ready to commit or make changes? Change is always scary and you may never feel 100% ready! But if you feel almost ready, and are excited about the possibility of achieving more energy, heightened mood, and weight loss, the time to start is now!
